Bu yaln\u0131zca DMLS\u2019de kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan bir sorun de\u011fildir; MJF ve SLS i\u00e7in de bu uyar\u0131lar ak\u0131lda tutulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/section>\r\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 DMLS 3D bask\u0131 i\u00e7in tasar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 optimize etmenize yard\u0131m etmek amac\u0131yla bu ve di\u011fer hususlar, bu k\u0131lavuzda ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-destek-yapilarinin-hatali-veya-asiri-kullanimi\"><strong>#1 Destek Yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n Hatal\u0131 veya A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 Kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) prosesinde, bas\u0131lan her katman destek i\u00e7in \u00f6nceki katmanlardan yararlan\u0131r. \u00c7\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar (overhangs), kemerler (arches)&nbsp; gibi geometriler ve 30\u00b0&#8217;den daha b\u00fcy\u00fck a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131 y\u00fczeyler i\u00e7in, \u00e7arp\u0131lmay\u0131 (warping) \u00f6nlemek, par\u00e7alar\u0131 imalat platformuna sabitlemek ve bask\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda do\u011frulu\u011fu korumak i\u00e7in ek destek yap\u0131lar\u0131 gereklidir.
