Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, FDM bask\u0131 ile ilk prototipleme i\u00e7in yeterince iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uygun maliyetli ve bile\u015fenleri kolayca temin edilebilen bir ak\u0131\u015f pili geli\u015ftirme kiti olu\u015fturmak istedik. \u00d6nemli bir yenilik, daha pahal\u0131 ve temini zor olan bipolar plaka malzemesi yerine, ucuz ve bulunabilir grafit folyo conta malzemesini ak\u0131m toplay\u0131c\u0131 olarak kullanabilen bir h\u00fccre geli\u015ftirmekti. Hedefimiz, 10 tam kit olu\u015fturmak oldu\u011fundan, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede 20 i\u015flenmi\u015f h\u00fccre g\u00f6vdesine ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z vard\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu noktada <a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.com.tr\/tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Xometry<\/a> devreye girdi. Testlerimizde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fckl\u00fc elektrolitler, triiod\u00fcr t\u00fcrleri i\u00e7eriyor ve asidik elektrolitlerde stabil olabilecek ABS gibi di\u011fer FDM malzemeleriyle reaksiyona giriyor. Sonu\u00e7 olarak, h\u00fccremizin geometrisinin ve yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flevsel oldu\u011funu anlad\u0131ktan sonra, bunlar\u0131 kat\u0131 polipropilenden i\u015flemeye karar verdik.
