Bu soruna \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak \u00f6\u011frenci ekibimiz, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f malzemeleri jeosel ve jeogrid teknolojileriyle birle\u015ftiren, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve uygun maliyetli bir zemin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme sistemi olan Geocell Grid\u2019i geli\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-erozyon-riskine-karsi-surdurulebilir-muhendislik-cozumleri\"><strong><strong><strong>Erozyon Riskine Kar\u015f\u0131 S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir M\u00fchendislik \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k\u2019ta sel, toprak kaymas\u0131 ve f\u0131rt\u0131na gibi olaylar hem s\u0131kl\u0131k hem de \u015fiddet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6steriyor. 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda 2,4 milyon m\u00fclk\u00fcn sel riski alt\u0131nda oldu\u011fu tahmin ediliyor. Laboratuvar testleri, bu hibrit tasar\u0131m\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f toprak tabakas\u0131 y\u00fcksekli\u011fini geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlere k\u0131yasla %40\u2019tan fazla azaltabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-surdurulebilir-tasarim-olceklenebilir-uygulamalar\"><strong><strong><strong>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Tasar\u0131m, \u00d6l\u00e7eklenebilir Uygulamalar<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Geocell Grid\u2019in her bile\u015feni s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik prensiplerine g\u00f6re tasarland\u0131. Jeogrid yap\u0131s\u0131, okyanuslardaki plastik kirlili\u011finin ba\u015fl\u0131ca kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri olan at\u0131k bal\u0131k a\u011flar\u0131ndan \u00fcretiliyor. Jeosel ise \u015fampuan \u015fi\u015feleri ve s\u00fct kaplar\u0131 gibi evsel HDPE at\u0131klar\u0131ndan elde ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mod\u00fcler yap\u0131s\u0131, sahada h\u0131zl\u0131 ve esnek montaj\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131l\u0131yor. Par\u00e7alar, zemin haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan engebeli arazilere kolayca uyum sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Konumland\u0131rma yuvalar\u0131, yatay ve dikey uygulamalara imk\u00e2n tan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prototipleme-ve-performans-testleri\"><strong><strong><strong>Prototipleme ve Performans Testleri<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Geocell Grid\u2019in etkinli\u011fini test etmek i\u00e7in heyelan riski ta\u015f\u0131yan bir yama\u00e7 stabilizasyon senaryosunu sim\u00fcle eden 1:200 \u00f6l\u00e7ekli bir prototip geli\u015ftirdik. Testler sonucunda, Geocell Grid ile korunan b\u00f6lgelerde toprak kayb\u0131, kontrols\u00fcz alanlara k\u0131yasla \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azald\u0131. Bu da sistemin yap\u0131sal mant\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00e7eklenebilirli\u011fini do\u011frulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje sunumumuz s\u0131ras\u0131nda sekt\u00f6r ment\u00f6rlerinden olumlu geri bildirimler ald\u0131k. Kilit M\u00fc\u015fteri Y\u00f6neticisi Baninder Kaur, projenin \u00e7evresel faydalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6vd\u00fc. Sat\u0131\u015f M\u00fchendisi Joao Clemencio ise jeogrid bile\u015feninin esnekli\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek kullan\u0131lan geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f malzemelerin mekanik \u00f6zelliklerini inceledi.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-verimli-ve-rekabetci-uretim-sureci\"><strong><strong><strong>Verimli ve Rekabet\u00e7i \u00dcretim S\u00fcreci<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>\u00dcretim yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerji t\u00fcketimli s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 kal\u0131plama ve \u0131s\u0131 ile yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma gibi \u00e7evreci s\u00fcre\u00e7lere dayan\u0131yor. Geocell Grid\u2019in t\u00fcm bile\u015fenleri geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f malzemelerden \u00fcretiliyor \u2014 b\u00f6ylece at\u0131klar, altyap\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in yeniden hayat buluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeogrid i\u00e7in, ilk olarak at\u0131k bal\u0131k a\u011flar\u0131 toplan\u0131yor, temizleniyor ve kullan\u0131labilir par\u00e7alara ayr\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu par\u00e7alar, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck yo\u011funluklu polietilen (LDPE) ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 ile \u0131s\u0131 ve bas\u0131n\u00e7 alt\u0131nda sa\u011flam jeogrid panellere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeosel i\u00e7in, y\u00fcksek yo\u011funluklu polietilen (HDPE) i\u00e7eren s\u00fct ve deterjan \u015fi\u015feleri gibi evsel plastik at\u0131klar temizlenip kurutuluyor, ard\u0131ndan levhalara kesilerek petek paneller h\u00e2line getiriliyor.
