Merkez, iki amiral gemisi \u0131\u015f\u0131k kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 i\u015fletmektedir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elettra sinkrotronu<\/strong> \u2013 30\u2019dan fazla \u0131\u015f\u0131n hatt\u0131na g\u00fc\u00e7 sa\u011flayan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc nesil bir depolama halkas\u0131<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FERMI<\/strong> \u2013 Uluslararas\u0131 standartlarda bir serbest elektron lazeri; yaln\u0131zca birka\u00e7 d\u00fczine femtosaniye s\u00fcren, tamamen koherent ve ultraviyole ile yumu\u015fak X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda darbeler \u00fcretebiliyor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu ara\u00e7lar, bilim insanlar\u0131 ve m\u00fchendislerin malzemeleri ve s\u00fcre\u00e7leri atomik \u00f6l\u00e7ekte incelemesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor; mikroelektronikten enerji depolamaya, havac\u0131l\u0131ktan ileri \u00fcretim teknolojilerine kadar bir\u00e7ok alanda inovasyonun \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spektromikroskopi gibi bir\u00e7ok \u0131\u015f\u0131n hatt\u0131m\u0131z, uygulamal\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda kritik rol oynuyor. X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 spektroskopisi ve nanometre \u00f6l\u00e7ekli g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme gibi teknikler; y\u00fczeyler, ince filmler ve nanoyap\u0131lar\u0131n incelenmesinde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor \u2014 yar\u0131 iletkenler, enerji depolama sistemleri ve katalitik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler i\u00e7in malzeme optimizasyonunda kritik \u00f6neme sahip. Deneysel bilim ile ger\u00e7ek d\u00fcnya uygulamalar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki bu do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131, hem \u00fcretimde hem de ileri teknoloji geli\u015ftirmede inovasyonu h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarihimiz, cesur m\u00fchendislik ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131yla dolu. \u00d6rne\u011fin FERMI\u2019nin in\u015fas\u0131; hassas mekanik ve termal stabilizasyon sistemleri, \u00f6zel tasar\u0131m y\u00fcksek hassasiyetli bile\u015fenler, ileri te\u015fhis teknolojileri ve femtosaniye seviyesinde senkronizasyon gerektiriyordu. Ama\u00e7, tamamen koherent ve k\u0131r\u0131n\u0131m s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131k \u00fcretmektir. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn merkezinde, yatay emittans\u0131 50 kat azaltarak ultra odakl\u0131 ve kararl\u0131 \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar sa\u011flayan yeni 12 ark konfig\u00fcrasyonlu (S6BA-E) kafes yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu performans art\u0131\u015f\u0131, <strong>10 keV\u2019de parlakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 100 kat, 1 keV\u2019de ise koherensi 60 kata kadar art\u0131r\u0131yor<\/strong>. \u00dcstelik t\u00fcm bunlar, mevcut altyap\u0131y\u0131 yeniden kullanarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor \u2014 Elettra 2.0\u2019\u0131 hem bilimsel hem de m\u00fchendislik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 haline getiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu vizyonu hayata ge\u00e7irmek, ultra hassas mekanik sistemlerin geli\u015ftirilmesini gerektiriyor. Bu sistem \u015funlar\u0131 i\u00e7eriyor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nanometre d\u00fczeyinde hassasiyetle hareket edebilen hareket eksenleri <\/strong>\u2013 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 do\u011fruluk gerektiren deneyler i\u00e7in kritik<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) uyumlu bile\u015fenler<\/strong> \u2013 seramik ve OFHC (Oksijensiz Y\u00fcksek \u0130letkenlikli) bak\u0131r malzemelerden \u00fcretilmi\u015f par\u00e7alar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Titre\u015fim izolasyonlu ayaklar<\/strong> \u2013 ultra stabil konumland\u0131rmay\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in tasarland\u0131<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Her bir unsur, dar tolerans gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamal\u0131, \u0131s\u0131l ve mekanik gerilimlere dayanmal\u0131 ve CAD tabanl\u0131 tasar\u0131m i\u015f ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla entegre olmal\u0131yd\u0131. Hareket hassasiyeti yaln\u0131zca mekanik bir gereklilik de\u011fil; ayn\u0131 zamanda mek\u00e2nsal \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fck, sinyal-g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc oran\u0131 ve nanometre \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme ile X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 so\u011furma \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinin tekrarlanabilirli\u011fini do\u011frudan etkileyen bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hareket-sistemini-hayata-gecirmek\"><strong><strong>Hareket Sistemini Hayata Ge\u00e7irmek<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda ekibimiz, ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 CAD modellerini<a href=\"http:\/\/get.xometry.com.tr\/?locale=tr\"> Xometry\u2019nin dijital imalat platformu<\/a> arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla fiziksel bile\u015fenlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Spektromikroskopi istasyonuna kuruldu\u011funda sistem, vakum alt\u0131nda nanometre hassasiyetinde, p\u00fcr\u00fczs\u00fcz ve tekrarlanabilir hareket sa\u011flad\u0131. Seramik ve y\u00fcksek safl\u0131ktaki bak\u0131r par\u00e7alar d\u00e2hil t\u00fcm bile\u015fenler, vakum temizlik testlerinden ge\u00e7ti ve kontaminasyonsuz bir ortam garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131. Titre\u015fim izolasyonlu ayaklar ise sistemi mikroskop seviyesinde stabil tuttu. T\u00fcm bu bile\u015fenler, \u0131\u015f\u0131n hatt\u0131n\u0131n zorlu operasyonel gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131layarak Elettra 2.0 platformunun kritik bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak do\u011fruland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-yeni-inovasyonlar-icin-bir-sicrama-tahtasi\"><strong>Yeni \u0130novasyonlar \u0130\u00e7in Bir S\u0131\u00e7rama Tahtas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>XYZ sistemi ba\u015far\u0131yla devreye al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra, Elettra y\u00fckseltilmi\u015f depolama halkas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni y\u00fcksek frekansl\u0131 bile\u015fenler geli\u015ftirmeye devam ediyor \u2013 b\u00f6ylece \u0131\u015f\u0131k biliminin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 daha da ileri ta\u015f\u0131yor.
