Bu alan, do\u011fal organizmalar\u0131n i\u015flevlerini geli\u015ftirmek veya tamamen yeni i\u015flevler kazand\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla yeniden tasarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Biyoloji, m\u00fchendislik, kimya, fizik ve bilgisayar bilimlerinin kesi\u015fiminde yer alan bu disiplin; ama\u00e7 odakl\u0131 biyolojik sistemlerin tasarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00fcretilmesini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do\u011fadan ilham alan sentetik biyoloji, daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel bir ekonomi i\u00e7in yenilik\u00e7i yollar sunar. Otomobil motorlar\u0131n\u0131 so\u011futur, buzdolaplar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar, binalar\u0131n s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenler ve veri merkezlerindeki so\u011futma sistemlerinin temelini olu\u015fturur. Nitekim end\u00fcstriyel s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde kullan\u0131lan \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n %90\u2019\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131, proses tamamlanmadan \u00f6nce en az bir kez bir \u0131s\u0131 e\u015fanj\u00f6r\u00fcnden ge\u00e7er. Bu nedenle bu sistemler, yaln\u0131zca say\u0131s\u0131z uygulaman\u0131n sorunsuz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in de\u011fil, genel enerji verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yerel bir hastanenin enerji merkezine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ziyarette, teknisyenler ve y\u00f6neticilerle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ferek bu alandaki b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sorunla tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131k: \u0131s\u0131 e\u015fanj\u00f6r\u00fc kirlenmesi. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme, problemin somut etkilerini g\u00f6rmemizi sa\u011flad\u0131 ve projemizin ger\u00e7ek d\u00fcnya ile olan ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131 netle\u015ftirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-isi-esanjoru-yuzeylerinde-bakteri-toz-ve-tortu\"><strong>Is\u0131 e\u015fanj\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fczeylerinde Bakteri, Toz ve Tortu<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>S\u0131v\u0131dan havaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u0131s\u0131 e\u015fanj\u00f6rleri, \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 bir s\u0131v\u0131dan \u00e7evredeki havaya aktar\u0131r. Ancak toz, partik\u00fcl ve bakterilerle dolu a\u00e7\u0131k ortamlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in biyolojik kirlenme, korozyon ve tortu olu\u015fumuna son derece yatk\u0131nd\u0131rlar. \u00d6rne\u011fin bakteriler, iletken y\u00fczeylere tutunarak biyofilm ad\u0131 verilen kaygan bir tabaka olu\u015fturabilir. Bu durum k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de, bak\u0131r y\u00fczeylerde olu\u015fan biyolojik kirlenmenin \u0131s\u0131 iletkenli\u011fini ciddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sa\u00e7 teli kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki bir biyofilm bile \u0131s\u0131 transferini %98\u2019e kadar azaltabilir. Ayr\u0131ca bu bakteriler, zamanla malzeme y\u00fczeyini bozan do\u011fal korozyona katk\u0131da bulunur ve \u0131s\u0131l verimlili\u011fi %20\u2019den fazla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcr. Toz ve tortu birikimi ise \u0131s\u0131 iletiminde ilave %30\u2019luk bir kayba yol a\u00e7abilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm bu fakt\u00f6rler birlikte, \u0131s\u0131 e\u015fanj\u00f6rlerinin normal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bozar ve verimlili\u011fi ciddi \u015fekilde azalt\u0131r. Bu kayb\u0131 telafi etmek i\u00e7in sistemler daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak zorunda kal\u0131r; bu da daha y\u00fcksek enerji t\u00fcketimi ve daha fazla sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu anlam\u0131na gelir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mevcut temizlik y\u00f6ntemleri genellikle k\u0131sa vadeli \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler sunar ve \u00e7o\u011fu zaman sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan riskli, sert kimyasallara dayan\u0131r.
