Biz, Selanik Aristotle \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nden disiplinler aras\u0131 bir \u00f6\u011frenci ekibi olan <a href=\"https:\/\/spacedot.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SpaceDot<\/a>, kar amac\u0131 g\u00fctmeyen bir toplulu\u011fuz. Amac\u0131m\u0131z, yenilik\u00e7i uzay uygulamalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek ve a\u00e7\u0131k kaynakl\u0131 uzay ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131n potansiyelini geni\u015fletmek. T\u00fcm projelerimizde a\u00e7\u0131k kaynakl\u0131 ara\u00e7lar kullan\u0131yoruz ve bulgular\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 toplulukla payla\u015fmaya kararl\u0131y\u0131z. T\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u2014kodlar, modeller, tasar\u0131mlar ve belgeler dahil\u2014<a href=\"http:\/\/gitlab.com\/acubesat \u2197\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AcubeSAT\u2019in GitLab sayfas\u0131nda<\/a> a\u00e7\u0131k lisans ile sunulmaktad\u0131r.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/xometry.pro\/tr\/vaka-calismalari\/spacedot-acubesat-nanouydu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00d6nceki hikayemizde<\/a>, biyolojik y\u00fck olarak maya h\u00fccrelerini ta\u015f\u0131yan, 3U boyutlar\u0131nda (30x10x10 cm) bir nano-uydu olan AcubeSAT\u2019in nas\u0131l tasarlan\u0131p \u00fcretildi\u011fini payla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Bu da besin s\u0131v\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 hassas bir \u015fekilde b\u00f6l\u00fcp kontrol edebilecek bir bile\u015fen gerektiriyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta karma\u015f\u0131k bir boru sistemi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fck, ancak bu sistemin bir\u00e7ok hata noktas\u0131 olmas\u0131, herhangi bir uzay g\u00f6revinin g\u00fcvenilirlik standartlar\u0131na uygun olmamas\u0131na neden oldu. Bu nedenle, tek bir giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktas\u0131na sahip, ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131s\u0131nda kontrol eden hafif ve kompakt bir manifold tasar\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 benimsedik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tasar\u0131m\u0131n i\u015flevselli\u011fi kadar \u00fcretilebilirli\u011fi ve malzeme se\u00e7imi de kritik \u00f6neme sahipti ve bu unsurlar ba\u015ftan itibaren tasar\u0131ma entegre edildi. \u0130lk olarak, tasar\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 somutla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in FDM bask\u0131 y\u00f6ntemiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131k. Ancak, katmanlar aras\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131\u015fan hava kabarc\u0131klar\u0131 nedeniyle bu y\u00f6ntem uzay uygulamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildi. Tasar\u0131m\u0131 yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek zorunda kald\u0131k.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonunda, tasar\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde basitle\u015ftirme karar\u0131 ald\u0131k ve daha iyi hassasiyet ve toleranslar i\u00e7in tala\u015fl\u0131 imalat y\u00f6ntemiyle \u00fcretilebilir hale getirdik. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yeniden tasar\u0131mlar gerekse de do\u011fru yolda oldu\u011fumuza eminiz ve harcanan \u00e7abaya de\u011fdi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Aylarca dijital ortamda tasar\u0131m yapt\u0131ktan sonra somut bir par\u00e7ay\u0131 g\u00f6rmek, her m\u00fchendisin sab\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131kla bekledi\u011fi bir \u00f6d\u00fcld\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"cevresel-testlerin-son-asamasina-dogru\"><strong>\u00c7evresel Testlerin Son A\u015famas\u0131na Do\u011fru<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Projemiz h\u0131zla ilerlerken, bir sonraki a\u015fama olan uzay\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ko\u015fullar\u0131nda y\u00fck\u00fcn test edilmesini sab\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131kla bekliyoruz. Tasar\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z, ESA\u2019n\u0131n Bel\u00e7ika\u2019daki tesislerinde f\u0131rlatma ve y\u00f6r\u00fcngedeki sim\u00fclasyonlara tabi tutulacak. Bu test a\u015famas\u0131, tasar\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve uzay i\u00e7in haz\u0131r olu\u015fu konusunda nihai do\u011frulama olacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u0131rlatma haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcrerken, AcubeSAT\u2019i g\u00f6revine bir ad\u0131m daha yakla\u015ft\u0131rmaktan heyecan duyuyoruz.
