CAD y\u00fczey modelleme ve \u00fcretim teknolojileri alan\u0131nda ge\u00e7mi\u015fim var; ayr\u0131ca sac metal \u015fekillendirme konusuna odaklanan bir Ar-Ge \u015firketinde tasar\u0131m m\u00fchendisi olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorum. M\u00fchendislik tasar\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 bir \u00fcst seviyeye ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 ve bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131m deneyimleri payla\u015fmay\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsiyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bir-atolye-calismasi-inovasyonu-kivilcimlandiriyor\"><strong>Bir At\u00f6lye \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u0130novasyonu K\u0131v\u0131lc\u0131mland\u0131r\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>M\u00fchendislikteki ilk zamanlar\u0131mda, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir at\u00f6lyede \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken s\u00fcrekli ayn\u0131 sorunla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131rd\u0131m: <strong>ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tam olarak kar\u015f\u0131layan bir tezgah mengenesi<\/strong> bulmak neredeyse imk\u00e2ns\u0131zd\u0131. Tezgah mengenesi, \u00f6zellikle <strong>5 eksen CNC frezede<\/strong> par\u00e7ay\u0131 en az be\u015f y\u00f6nden eri\u015filebilir k\u0131lacak \u015fekilde s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kritik bir ara\u00e7. At\u00f6lye ortam\u0131nda <strong>basit, hafif, rijit ve kompakt<\/strong> bir tasar\u0131m gerekliydi; fakat piyasadaki \u00fcr\u00fcnler ya \u00e7ok hantal, ya da pahal\u0131 ve tescilli aksesuarlar gerektiren tipteydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, beni yeni bir makine mengenesi tasarlamaya y\u00f6neltti. Daha esnek, eri\u015filebilir ve bak\u0131m\u0131 kolay bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lad\u0131m. Uzun geli\u015ftirme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve test a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/patents.google.com\/patent\/SI26467A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Slovenian national patent (SI 26467 A)<\/a><\/strong> ile tasar\u0131m\u0131m\u0131 tescil ettim ve geleneksel tezgah mengenesini yeniden tan\u0131mlama yolculu\u011fum ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f oldu. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te <strong>Prof. Dr. Jo\u017eef Predan<\/strong> ve <strong>Prof. Dr. Marko Kegl<\/strong>\u2019in rehberli\u011fi \u00e7ok de\u011ferliydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projemi 15. Parabolik kama ve yar\u0131k kelep\u00e7e birle\u015fimi, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc s\u0131kma kuvveti sa\u011flarken ayn\u0131 zamanda 5 yandan eri\u015fim avantaj\u0131n\u0131 koruyor.
