Hi, I’m currently working on a project involving the design of consumer electronics enclosures, and I’m looking to incorporate snap-fit features into the injection-moulded parts. What are the best practices for designing snap-fit features to ensure ease of assembly?

Solved by Dmitry Romanov

Good afternoon, you can check any standard approach about design of a snap-fit for injection molded parts. You can find by the link Design Tips for Injection Moulding released by Xometry - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i2IwM1_O-T0

The snap-fit joint should be designed in the way to avoid undercut for a molded part.
