Description:

Polystyrene (PS) is a high-rigidity resin known for its excellent clarity, dimensional stability, and ease of processing. This cost-effective injection molding material is widely used in the packaging industry for food containers and disposable cutlery, consumer goods like household items and toys, electronics for housing components, healthcare for medical disposables, and construction for insulation materials. It has a UL 94-HB flammability rating.

    SPI finishes are a set of standard mould finishes with different polished textures for enhanced properties.

    VDI

    VDI is an international standard for mould texturing of matte surfaces. It is mainly processed by Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) when mould machining.
