The material is a 3-components based polyurethane product developed for vacuum casting applications. The product offers high elongation at break and has excellent flow-ability. The mechanical properties of the final product (PU8400) depend upon the mixing ratio of the 3 components. The rubber (PU8400) vacuum casting process must be handled carefully and proper ventilation should be provided to the workplace.
