Wall thicknesses for SLA (100 mm high) - any tips?

Hi everyone,

I am working on an SLA 3D printing project with parts where my internal walls that need to be about 100 mm in height. Looking for advice on the optimal wall thickness to avoid warping and internal stress. What’s the minimum recommended thickness for such a wall? Any specific experiences or other guidelines would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Kris.Mel, Thank you for your question. For SLA, we recommend a wall thickness of at least 0.6 mm for non-supporting walls. You can find more information here:   https://xometry.pro/de/article/3d-printing-sla-design-guidelines/ https://xometry.pro/en-eu/articles/3d-printing-design-rules/
