On Metal Protection
Hello,
I am making railings and wrought iron outdoors with S235 steel. The products will be electrostatically painted. What treatment is required for these products not to rust and the paint not to peel off for at least 25 years? I have heard that the paint peels off quickly in hot-dip galvanizing applications. Would sandblasting + primer + paint be enough? Or what type of paint and procedures should be applied on hot-dip galvanizing?
I wish you good work.
