Thank you for reaching out. We don’t offer physical scanning of parts directly, but the best way forward is simple: if you have (or can get) a CAD file of your plastic component, you can upload it directly to our instant quoting engine.

From there, select DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) as the technology, choose your metal of choice, and you’ll get an instant quote plus lead time.

If you don’t currently have a CAD file, reverse-engineering the part into one (via 3D scanning or manual modelling) would be a necessary first step before we can quote it, since we work from digital files rather than physical samples.
