Thank you. I would like to make them in plastic. So, is fused deposition modeling precise enough? My gear has a module of 1 small tooth. Or should I go through Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), my goal is to be as precise as possible. I’m not sure whether or not to incorporate tolerances to compensate for precision flaws. For example, a cross-section that was supposed to be 1.8mm wide ended up being 1.6mm, so I will need to increase the size of the passage.
