Thread Production

Hello, I’m a design student in Hamburg. I need to produce threads of a specific size for my project. Can I request this from your company? I have no experience in thread production, and I’m unsure of how to design and request its manufacture. I’ve sent you a sketch I drew. Is it possible to produce it in this form?
Additionally, I plan to weld these threads to steel later on. I would like them to be made from a material that can be welded to steel. Is there a way to reduce production costs?
If production isn’t possible due to the design, I’d appreciate it if you could explain how the design should be altered. I’d also like to know how much the production costs would be.
